Standard One Year Warranty and Return Policy

• Reese Outdoors warrants all of their Surge Predator Packs, Pistol Harnesses, Slings, Drags, Lanyards, and hand calls to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal standard use and conditions, for a period of one(1) year from the original invoice date.
• Shipping and handling fees are to be paid by the customer.
• Reese Outdoors and its subsidiary companies agree during the warranty period, to repair any defect in material or workmanship or to replace such product with equal value in exchange without charge(except for shipping and handling charges that may arise). Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction. Repairs that are caused by use beyond normal conditions(misuse and abuse of our products) will not be honored by our warranty claim.

There will be a 25% restocking fee for all unused items that are requested to be returned after 5 days of receiving an item.

• Some of our calls contain Latex.

 If you are allergic to latex, do not use these.

These can also be a chocking hazard to small children. Keep out of reach from small children!
